ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Procedures of application, enrollment and register

(1). Submit application form duly filled with required documents to International student Office of NXMC

(Physical Examination Record for foreigner is not needed for those studying in China in less than 6 months.)

(2). NXMC office in India Gensis Career Counsellors P. Ltd. will look through the received materials for admission competence, and will then issue admission letter to the competent student Matriculation Notice of Ningxia Medical College for international student and Visa Application Form of Foreign Personnel (JW202 Form).

(3). With Matriculation Notice of Ningxia Medical College for international student, Visa Application Form of Foreign Personnel and Physical Examination Record for foreigner>>, applicant can go and pass visa (X visa) procedure) of P. R. China in his/her country. Gensis Career Counsellors P. Ltd. will assist students to complete visa formalities.

(4). Matriculate comes to NXMC to register on time. Hard copies of Matriculation Notice of Ningxia Medical College for international student, Visa Application Form of Foreign Personnel and Physical Examination Record for foreigner should be handed in when registering.

International student Administrative Section in NXMC is responsible for enrollment.
